Vision
To be a nurturing pillar of the school community that empowers every student to grow in character, lead with integrity, and embrace their future with confidence.
Mission
We develop the mind, body, and soul of every Rosythian by integrating proactive wellbeing, educative discipline, and leadership opportunities that inspire a lifelong commitment to learning and service.
Our Approach
1. Character-Building Through a Positive & Proactive Approach to Discipline
In Rosyth, we want to foster a safe and orderly environment through an educative disciplinary process that empowers students to take responsibility for their actions and grow into respectful, future-ready individuals. In this process, we guide students to understand the impact of their choices and develop better decision-making skills. We work collaboratively with students and parents to address the root causes and build the skills needed for positive behaviour. Our focus is on teaching the school’s ICARE values through meaningful learning experiences.

Student Wellbeing and Safety
Your child's emotional, social, and mental wellbeing is our priority. We provide counselling support, peer mentoring programmes, and early intervention when needed. We take a firm stance against bullying and hurtful behaviour, with comprehensive support systems in place for all students involved.
3. Student Development & Personal Growth
We envision Rosythians to grow up as leaders in their own lives as they take on different leadership roles in their development, set goals to pursue their dreams and value the talents within themselves, thereby blossoming into confident and fulfilled individuals.
Our Key Programmes
Anti-bullying Efforts
Creating a safe and supportive learning environment is fundamental to our students’ well-being. Our comprehensive approach to addressing hurtful behaviours and bullying centres on building a strong culture of care across the school community, supported by proactive upstream efforts, timely and responsive interventions and sustained follow-through to support every child.
The Catch-Them-Right Movement
Beyond providing support and guidance, we actively nurture a culture of affirmation and peer encouragement through our “Catch Them Right” initiative. We believe that positive reinforcement is essential for character growth, and this platform empowers students to proactively recognise and celebrate the kindness and integrity shown by their peers. By shifting the focus to these everyday moments of excellence, we foster a vibrant, uplifting school environment where students are inspired to model the ICARE values and build one another up with kindness, appreciation and respect.
Parent Partnership We believe that working together with parents is essential for your child's development. We provide regular communication about your child's progress, resources to support positive behaviour at home, and opportunities for consultation when needed.
