Forms for Parents

• Interbank Giro Application

• Edusave Standing Order: Parents of Singapore citizens can apply to use your child’s Edusave account to pay for school and enrichment programme fees.

• MOE GIRO scheme: Parents can apply for the scheme, which provides a convenient and hassle-free arrangement, and eliminate the need for your child to bring cash to school.

• Waitlist Application Form: Parents can complete and submit by 1 November 2026. Please note that vacancies are rare and limited. Admission via the waitlist is at the discretion of the school.

• Leave of Absence: Parents can apply and submit for your child to accompany you on overseas postings. This will allow the child to maintain links with Singapore and retain their existing school places.

• MOE Financial Assistance Scheme: The objective of the MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (MOE FAS) is to help financially needy Singaporean students in Government and Government-aided schools to meet basic schooling expenses.

• Parents can access the Student Details Form (SDF) portal Student Details Form | Ministry of Education throughout the school term using your Singpass account to update your child's address.  If you are unable to access the SDF portal, please complete the change of address form addupdateform.pdf and submit to the school via rosyth_sch@schools.gov.sg , together with a copy of either parent's NRIC showing the updated address. Parents' contact details and email addresses can also be updated through the SDF portal.
